We monitor our processes exceptionally thoroughly: From pre-processing and mixing to compounding, packaging and transporting. Metal detection, in all the process phases, and double degassing and melt filtration, during the compounding process, guarantee the optimal purity of the end product. And to ensure that not a single granule will leave our premises without full compliance with the high quality requirements set by our customers, we also have a very strict exit inspection.
100% Consistent
In our mixing bunkers – some of the largest in Europe – we mix specially selected raw materials into single consistent basic mixes. It is in these intense pre- and post-mixing phases that AKG Polymers truly proves its added value. In combination with the clean and type-specific raw materials we use, we are also able to supply our customer with high-quality PP compounds of completely consistent quality year in and year out.
