AKG Polymers have become masters of the process of upgrading and modifying PP over the past 40 years and we have meanwhile become European PP specialists in the field. We were able to achieve this position thanks to our clear focus on our business operations.It is not only quality, but also consistency that determines the usability of a PP recyclate. It is possible to avoid property variation with careful selection and homogenization of the raw materials that are used. The key to our success lies in the use of the most modern production techniques available and strict quality control. The proof of our success is evident from the robust growth in our production volumes (2006: 22,000 tons).
AKG Polymers is a subsidiary of AKG BV, a group of plastic processing companies. In addition to AKG Polymers, the group also includes companies, such as AKG Mouldings and AKG Hortiproducts. AKG Mouldings is an internationally oriented injection moulding company with a modern and comprehensively automated machine plant. AKG Hortiproducts develops and produces thin-walled plant and tree containers for the horticulture industry.
